Cancellations and refunds 

Cancellations for CleanMed registrations will be accepted through Monday, April 26, 2027 and are subject to a $50 cancellation fee + transaction fees, which covers the non-refundable processing fees we incur when taking the registrants and payments. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date. Requests should be sent by email to [email protected], subject line 'CANCELLATION' by April 26, 2027. Refunds will be processed on a rolling basis and may be deferred until the meeting. If you are unable to attend and would like to send someone in your place, substitutions are welcome at no additional cost. If you have questions, please contact [email protected]. 

Virtual Registration

In response to attendee feedback, CleanMed 2027 will not have a virtual component. For people who are wanting to plug in from afar, Practice Greenhealth members have access to our upcoming and on-demand events throughout the year.

Food and Diet

You can expect exciting and satisfying creations that utilize a variety of plant proteins which are inspired by flavors and cuisines from cultures around the world. You may even get to experience some Detroit favorites with a plant-forward twist. All that deliciousness also comes with a lower climate impact! All attendees will be served plant-forward meals by default. If you prefer something different, please indicate your dietary preferences below.

We are always striving to build a more diverse and inclusive pool of CleanMed attendees, and this demographic information will help us benchmark our progress toward achieving this goal. Consent to provide demographic information is optional and purely voluntary. 

Demographic information is considered confidential and private, and will only be shared with our small CleanMed review team. This information will not be shared in the Swapcard platform.

Terms and Privacy

Conference participants and speakers grant CleanMed or Practice Greenhealth and any affiliates permission for recording and use of any footage or images for promotional purposes, published materials, photographs, videos, etc.
CleanMed has adopted a code of conduct, which all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers are required to agree with. CleanMed is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of a person’s sex, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, physical ability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or viewpoints on political issues. CleanMed does not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate in any conference venue, including but not limited to talks, message boards, social media, or networking events. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers. Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior should be reported.
CleanMed will once again use Swapcard as the conference app and virtual platform, and we would like to let you know that your data will be shared with Swapcard. All registered attendees will be added to Swapcard to access the event. When added, you will be visible as a CleanMed attendee, with your first name, last name, organization, and job title. Your email address will also be shared with the Swapcard platform, but will only be visible to other attendees if you choose to make connections on Swapcard; you may opt out of networking on the platform at any time. For further information on your data processing and your rights, please refer to Swapcard’s protection of data policy at https://www.swapcard.com/privacy-policy.
